👤 Short Biography

Alhamdulliah I'm a experienced academic, researcher, author, and Human Resource Management professional with 18 years of professional experience in higher education, business administration, HRM, training, research, and corporate management. I'm currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration and Head of the Management Discipline at Dhaka City College.
I hold a BBA in Management and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Dhaka, achieving CGPAs of 3.80 and 3.70 respectively. Prior to joining academia, I worked as a Senior Executive Officer (Procurement and Compliance) at Anwar Group of Industries, gaining practical experience in procurement, logistics, compliance, and HR.

My academic expertise covers Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurship, Business Communication, Project Management, Industrial Relations, and Operations Management, among other areas. I've published research on entrepreneurial mobility and employee performance appraisal and has authored the books Introduction to Business and Human Resource Management: A Global Perspective.
I've also received professional training in Research Methodology and Future Master Trainer development from NAEM and the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus respectively. My professional interest include research, HR consultancy, HR training, and business administration education
